We make different sizes, styles and length nails. We hope that every woman who wear our nails will feel confident and beautiful, inside and out. Every products are well packaged like a gift with heart. Be true to our environmental- friendly mentality, in our package, we minimize the use of non-degradable materials. We always hold the belief that Protecting the environment starts from small acts. Therefore, our fine packages are all made of biodegradable materials.

  When you place your order, we prepare and process it, then we ship it from our warehouse in China.

  When your package is on board for delivery you’ll get a shipment notification email. Your order is on the way!

What’s your return policy?
All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic nature of press on nails. However, if there is some damage on your nails during shipment or your delivery has been missed, you can can contact our email to tell us your situation with order number and pictures, we will refund you.

Can I cancel an order once it has been shipped?
Our orders are prepared for shipment almost immediately after processing, thus we do not accept any cancellations or modifications.
 
Can I exchange an item if I have changed my mind, or isn’t what I expected?
We do not accept any exchanges, so please choose your nails wisely! We try to provide product images as clear as possible and try one nails in livestream to show how they work in person. As per our return policy, all sales are considered final. 

What if I receive the wrong item?
For any wrong items received or damage issues, please contact us upon receiving your product on our contact page or email us directly at Tiptipsofficial@outlook.com( make sure attach pictures of your items and tell us your name and order number when contacting us).
